The
client is a market leader in web-based management solutions
for corporate law departments and insurance claims organizations;
providing electronic invoicing, performance management
metrics, matter management, budgeting and forecasting,
document management, and collaborative knowledge management.

| Challenge: |
The
client offered extensive instructor-led training on
the set-up and use of their product. Real-time training
was needed to offer instant support to users and to
accommodate the training needs of their smaller sized
clients, where full instructor-led courses were cost
prohibitive. Production time was limited in order to
include the training along with marketing new features
at a trade show.

DeSai
designed and developed a series of simulations that
walked the user through different aspects of using the
system. The training modules were made available to
the user from inside the system, allowing for real-time
support. Live storyboarding was used to speed production
and accommodate the urgency of delivery.
