Dashboard – New Process Introduction
|
| Background:
|
The
client is one of the country’s leading regional
financial services firms providing financial, securities
brokerage, trading, investment banking, trust, and other
advisory services to its clients from more than 100
offices in 18 states and the District of Columbia.
|
| Challenge: |
The
client requested training to acclimate geographically
dispersed learners to a new enterprise-critical information
processing application.
|
| Solution: |
Developed
an ASP Hosted Learning Dashboard to support the switch-over
to a new process application in the financial service
industry. Six groups of geographically dispersed learners
were guided through a series of learning interventions
intended to support the learner’s daily use of
the new application. Learners interacted with a variety
of online and webcast events as well as written courseware
to meet the established learning requirements. The Dashboard
supported required events for all system users and optional
interventions to support individual areas of business
focus.
|
| Benefits: |
The
Dashboard guided the learner’s through all required
and elective learning events and provided a direct communication
link to the new system help desk. Learning reporting
was consolidated into a central reporting format to
provide program managers with daily activity updates.
Over 1100 learners groups were trained over 8 weeks
to support a sequenced transition to the new system. |
