workshops offered by DeSai Learning. The program workshops,
presented in retreat-like settings, include: Self Mastery,
Authentic Leadership, and Samurai Games®.

the whole organization. DeSai Learning's workshops provide participants with tools and strategies to help them

Self Mastery is a LifeFitness™ program. This
workshop is exclusively for those managers and professionals who are fully committed to their future success

Authentic
Leadership is a TeamFitness™ workshop. Most programs
today teach cookbook leadership skills that often fall short

Samurai
Game® is a highly challenging simulation developed
by George Leonard (www.itp-life.com). Participants take
on the role of medieval Japanese samurai. It is played with
a minimum of special equipment or physical contact and a
maximum of personal commitment and integrity. Individuals
gain a sharp new awareness about their customary behavior
patterns in a group context. The game becomes a mirror of
how one lives one's life with others, at home and at work.
