Jatin DeSai
CEO, Co-Founder

Jatin is Co-Founder and CEO of DeSai Group since 1983 in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA. In this capacity, he collaborates with William and Alain of (Innovation Styles Inc.) on the development of values-driven workshops that focus on “leading an innovative learning organization.” These workshops help in creating a Living Organization by aligning purpose and vision, personal and organizational values, and brand and strategy development

Jatin specializes in organizational education and development, corporate universities, strategic execution, and technology. Within these fields he has gained extensive experience in strategic planning, business operations, marketing, finance, and customer engagement.

Fal Patel
CFO, Co-Founder

Fal has acted as Co-Founder and CFO of DeSai Group since 1983. She is directly involved in all the financial, maintenance, and employee benefit matters of the company. Through these varied roles, she provides the essential elements that allow the company to operate smoothly.

Fal´s professional, no-nonsense approach guides the management of the company assets. Ongoing research, discovery, and negotiations assure the best acquisitions and allocations.

Dan Browne
Vice President – Innovation

Dan has spent the last 20 years building relationships inside Corporate America to help foster learning and development. Leadership, Management and Customer Facing teams have grown dramatically through the coaching and guidance Dan provides. Combining this experience with the knowledge and experience of the Innovation Styles founding partners, is creating access to unique perspectives and services.

Dan's style and belief in serving others has helped him to create many long lasting partnerships with vendors and clients. Dan has a unique skill to see the big picture and create symphony among partners and clients.

Outside the office, you may recognize Dan as Vice Chair of Our piece of the Pie, a leading youth development agency, Helping Hartford Youth become Successful Adults. Some days you may find Dan coaching kids in Soccer, Baseball/Softball, Lacrosse, or Hockey. Each of these activities has helped develop skills that have helped Dan in leadership roles and coaching in Business.

Stone Payton
Team Member – Innovation

For over 20 years, Stone Payton has been helping organizations drive their business strategies more effectively. As Sales & Marketing Director for The DeSai Group's Innovation Execution Practice , Stone works directly with CEOs, managers, and key employees to help them acquire the tools and disciplines they need to breathe tactical life into their strategic plans . . . Fast.

Mr. Payton literally wrote the book on SPEED® (Weyant Press, 2002), and authored the popular web-based SPEED® School curriculum, helping Consultants go to market more effectively . . . Produce Better Results In Less Time. His career began with Conner Partners (formerly ODR), and has included Sales, Marketing, Design, and Delivery roles for some of the most respected training and consulting firms in the business.

Stone's deep expertise in Change Leadership and Innovation, relentless focus on Execution, and genuine desire to serve have earned him the trust and respect of clients and colleagues across the globe. Mr. Payton is a published author, accomplished speaker, and trusted advisor to Executive Teams in Financial Services, Healthcare, Domestic & International Government, and virtually every other industry.

Stone, his wife Holly and daughters Katie and Kelly, make their home in suburban Atlanta. His leisure interests include boating, hiking, travel -- and more recently, Wii Bowling. Pamela Sheehan
Senior Programs Manager

Pam Sheehan has held a variety of key administrative positions since joining DeSai Systems in 1987. As Senior Programs Manager, she oversees all aspects of corporate university content and delivery management. Her primary focus is on the development and management of the DeSai Group Provider Network, a consortium of over 200 regionally and nationally recognized learning providers. She guides the development and application of over 7500 learning events in support of client learning requirements.

She directs the administration of employee enrollment and registration for client entities, instructor recruitment, and coordination of content provider activity. She has comprehensive experience in administrative management, corporate human resources management, sales support, and project management roles.

William C. Miller
Senior Advisor, Innovation Practice

William C. Miller is an internationally recognized expert on values-driven innovation who was named in 2005 as one of the top 30 leadership consultants worldwide by “Leadership Excellence” (a part of Stephen Covey’s organization). He developed the concept of Innovation Styles when he was head of the Innovation Management program at SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) in the mid-1980’s. In 1987, he founded the Global Creativity Corporation, where he furthered his research and consulting on different approaches to innovation in collaboration with dozens of companies in countries as diverse as England, Netherlands, France, India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Canada, and the USA.

William highlighted the Innovation Styles in two of his four books: Flash of Brilliance: Inspiring Creativity Where You Work (1999, Perseus), recognized as one of “Executive Book Summaries” top 30 business books in the USA for 1999; and the companion Flash of Brilliance Workbook, selected in 2000 for the Doubleday Executive Book Club. William was also a Guest Faculty member at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and business schools in India.

Alain Rostain
Senior Advisor, Innovation Practice

In 1996, William began a collaboration and friendship with Alain Rostain, founder of Creative Advantage Inc. Alain brings a unique combination of skills from his 20 years of experience in the field of corporate creativity and innovation – including an expertise in designing internet-based tools for innovation assessments, and his use of experiential techniques gained from his background in improvisational theatre. He is editor of the e-zines InnovAgent and Improv-It, and founder of the Applied Improvisation Network. Combining this experience with his expertise in business innovation and software engineering, Alain stays at the leading edge in bringing innovation consulting, training, assessments and facilitation to his clients in Fortune 100 and 500 companies.

Alain Rostain has taken the lead in making Innovation Styles available to corporations and consultants around the world through his corporate consulting and by automating the evaluation, administration and feedback process. Together, Alain and William have co-founded Innovation Styles, Inc. in order to offer a full-service system to boost innovation for individuals, teams, and organizations worldwide.
