Achieving
individual potential requires a strong connection
between personal and professional pursuits.
Understanding and then pursuing individual
potential requires reflection, change, and
support from family, friends, co-workers,
church members, mentors, and coaches. The
result of beginning to understand potential
is the beginning of a personal journey to
achieve that potential. In
every market, in every country on earth,
there are companies that have an edge on
their competitors. They develop and maintain
cultures that attract star performing employees.
They display a level of flexibility unusual
for their size. And when they face setbacks,
they bounce back fast, turning problems
into opportunities, and rallying their troops
behind them. These
outstanding companies have linked employees
with the company they work for creating
strong, living cultures where those employees
really thrive. They exemplify HeartShip.

"We are
spiritual beings first and foremost. Therefore
our work naturally has a spiritual dimension to
it, whether we’re conscious of it or not.
"For me, work exists for two spiritual
reasons: (a) for developing spiritual awareness in everyone, including shareholders, management,
employees, customers, suppliers, and society; and (b) for serving others as an expression of our
spiritual growth. "HeartShip environment promotes universal human values. These universal human
values do not need to be taught or learned since they are inherent in our spiritual nature;
rather, they can be evoked or unveiled, sometimes by unlearning the ways we keep them hidden.
When a company understand this golden Truth, they can help create a remarkable culture for all
stakeholders to help work from their spiritual nature of living in harmony of thought, word, and
deed. Therefore HeartShip is a way of life at work, it is Journey of The Heart At Work, it is
about building s Spiritual Muscle for Life to help us change our selves and the world for better.
"If I had to summarize it in one sentence it is Journey of the Heart at work with harmony of our
thoughts, words, and deeds".
